   This page of the site is used to record items of interest to a very narrow range of viewers who want to delve into some rather esoteric types of projects, most of which occurred when I was deployed to FEMA disaster recovery operations and related to agency compliance with either the National Historic Preservation Act,  NEPA, or with various environmental laws or regulations.  These types of studies allowed me to use my academic skills to address regulatory issues.
